Our “Mortgages For Heroes” Loan Program, offered by our Jupiter Office at LeaderOne Financial, allows special financing to our community heroes. Those who serve our community deserve special financing, and hope that by helping you in purchasing or refinancing your home, in some way, shows our appreciation to our local heroes.
Who Is Eligible?
This loan program is available to anyone currently working in, or retired from the following fields:
- Teachers or school board employee
- Law Enforcement
- Firefighters, EMS’s & EMT’s
- Medical (Doctors, RN’s , PA’s or Dental)
- Military (active duty, reserves, or veterans)
What Are The Benefits?
With the Mortgages For Heroes loan program, you, as a hero in our community, some or all of the below fees , may be waived or reduced on your mortgage from the Jupiter Office at LeaderOne Financial such as:
- Application Fee
- Processing Fee
- Underwriting Fee
- Commitment Fee
Waiving these standard mortgage closing fees is just our way of saying “Thank You!”
